Based on the former construction of Anxin food Co., Ltd., the corporation invested to establish Yantai Yantai Anxin food Co., Ltd. in April 2001, the corporation covers an area of 21,000 square metres and building area of 14,000 square metres, the main variety are baked and dried seafood, the designing and producing capability is more than 5,000 tons of frozen products materials, and over 2,000 tons of dried products. 　　The corporation has advanced baking equipment and complete squid processing assembly line, adopted scientific prescription, and developed squid slice and dried seafood according with the taste of Japan, Russia, and Korea etc. After more than ten procedures' precision processing and baking, the fish slice is even, long, and with pure taste, according with the requirement of modern food of health, sanitation, and rightful nourishment; the product is unique, with good reputations in sales; and in June 2003, the product was evaluated as the gold medal product in Russia, got three medals; the products are sold well in Japan, Russia and Korea. 　　The corporation puts large quantity of capital in the development of new products, many kinds of dried fishes have put into production each year, the designing and processing capability is 1,200 tons, the corporation rigorously checks on the raw material, for ensuring that the product quality reaches the best level in the industry, allowing the enterprise to possess better advantages to challenge the international enterprises. 　 　　The corporation lays stress on the communication and cooperation with large foreign corporations, often assigns people to visit those large famous seafood processing enterprises; meanwhile, reaches the purpose with Russia, Japan, and Korean corporations, each year assigns staff to systematically study the production control and processing technology, to keep talents for closing up the world first-class enterprises.
